Deliveries

Orders placed via the website exclude delivery, please arrange for collection, or request a quote for delivery to your area.

Orders are processed immediately after payment has been received in full,
subject to stock availability. Should we not have stock, you will be informed
immediately with a lead-time of when the product will be despatched.
There is a 3-5 day lead time for orders sent with a courier company.

Please note: We do not offer a International delivery service.

Exportation of Chad-O-Chef products is to be handled by the user, or on the users behalf by a third party. In the unfortunate event of a product becoming damaged during transport that we have arranged, Chad-O-Chef will endeavour to help the customer with the return of the damaged goods and the issue of replacement where possible.

Chad-O-Chef reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been made but delivery is not yet complete, at anytime. Should Chad-O-Chef exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Returns & Refund Policy

*All refunds are subject to a 15% administration & handling fee.

If upon receiving your order you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, let us know within 7 days of receipt of product by emailing support@chad-o-chef.co.za

and we will gladly begin the refund process - Minus any
administration or incurred handling fee - provided the item is in its original

condition and original packaging.

If you have received a product and found it to be damaged or faulty, the user must refer to the guarantee claim form provided at the rear of each products User Manual. 

Damages and Faults need to be reported to Chad-O-Chef within 7

days of receipt of product.
